A Night At The Opera At Napa Valley Opera House To Benefit Hiv/Aids
Christopher Edwards of New Vine Logistics says...As you know I serve as Board Secretary of the Napa Solano Health Project and we are hosting the 16th annual Academy Awards Event at the Napa Valley Opera House Feb 29th, 2003. This event is the largest public fundraiser each year for our cause. With the continued cutbacks in Federal, State and county funding it is more critical than ever that this event be a success.
The Napa Solano Health Project is the leading nonprofit agency providing education outreach, prevention programs and direct services to individuals and their families affected by HIV/AIDS and other preventable diseases. NSHP creates healthy communities using a multicultural approach and targeted outreach programs designed to reach the most under served populations. In 2003, we reached over 3000 individuals in 65 different wineries, migrant labor camps and vineyards and are the only nonprofit performing this extensive outreach in our community.
With that said we are seeking donations of wine and other products as well as donations to preserve our good work. Any help you can lead will be greatly appreciated. Please visit our website at: http://www.nshealthproject.org/ for more information and if you'd like to make a quick contribution you may now do so online at http://www.nshealthproject.org/donations.htm
