It is a commonly help opinion that live is the only way to buy lobster. Live lobsters can be seen kept in tanks in many of the finest restaurants around the world. The treat of a special meal often conjures up the pictures of lobster dinners and other gourmet dinners. Lobster dinners may be enjoyed as the only meat but it is also very popular served with steak. When it is served with steak it is usually just the lobster tail. The whole lobster may also be steamed and served on it’s own. The meat has a lovely white and somewhat chewy texture that is complimented by a dip in melted butter and salt. The very selective diner will request sea salt as a preference. The white meat is grabbed in a chunk and then dipped into the salty buttery mix before being pooped into the waiting mouth of the diner. It is a treat many people crave with regularity.
